In 1998, at the age of 19, Jack graduated from a technical college. He began his career as an apprentice at a local plush toy company, where he quickly rose from an entry-level position to become a skilled plush toy patternmaker.

In 2007, he established NJQ Plush Toy Studio, a company specialising in the development of plush toy products for domestic trading companies.

In 2011, he founded Tianchang Dongda Arts &  Crafts Co.,Ltd., coordinating the processing of plush toy export orders for domestic trading companies through partnerships with local manufacturers.

In 2017, he established his own plush toy factory. He has always been committed to fulfilling corporate social responsibility, prioritising employee rights and welfare. We are committed to adhering to the highest textile safety standards, having passed the BSCI factory audit in 2024 and obtained OEKO-TEX product certification in 2025.

As of 2026, with 15 years of extensive experience in the ODM and OEM sectors, we are confident in our ability to provide efficient services to every partner. As a dynamic plush toy manufacturer, we consistently prioritise new product development and quality control.
